As you can see from the table above, the MSI GX70 3BE-007US is more feature-rich compared to the GX60. Not only that it has a larger display by 1.7-inch, the graphics processor is also better. It’s keyboard has full color programmable backlit keys, and has more connectivity options than the GX60.
The MSI GX60 3AE-216US, although has lesser features compared to its big brother, it’s not that bad since it’s $100 cheaper. If you think a 17.3-inch gaming laptop is too big and heavy for you, you might consider the MSI GX60 instead.
Price and Where to Buy
The MSI GX70 3BE-007US has a Manufacture’s Suggested Retail Price of $1,399.99, while the MSI GX60 3AE-216US has an MSRP of $1,299.99. There’s a $100 price difference.
If I were to choose from the two gaming laptop, I would definitely go for the GX70. The $100 added price seems justifiable enough for the added features that you will get.
As of to date, you can order the GX60 here and get the best deal. It’s only $1,199.99 from them, $100 cheaper than the MSRP.
I’m still waiting for the GX70 to get listed. I’ll update this post soon enough.
