The HP SlateBook x2 is an Android tablet/notebook powered by the latest NVIDIA Tegra 4 mobile processor. It’s HP’s answer to Asus’ Transformer Pad series. The HP SlateBook x2 is powered by the latest NVIDIA Tegra 4 Quad-Core processor clocked at 1.80GHz and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box. The processor is paired with a 2GB DDR3 RAM and has Intel HD Graphics 4000 for its graphics processor. It doesn’t have an aluminum body, but it features HP-imprint finish in Snow White or Smoke Silver.
One notable feature of the SlateBook x2 is that, its 10.1-inch display is a Full HD LED-backlit display with a resolution of 1920×1200, 224 pixels per inch, and 400 nit brightness. The display features low halogen, mercury-free display backlights, and arsenic-free display glass. The HP SlateBook x2 is ultra-portable, with a thickness of only 0.81-inch, and weighs only 1.27 kg.

The HP SlateBook x2 comes with a 1080p rear-facing camera paired with a 720p front-facing HP TrueVision webcam with integrated digital microphone. It also has DTS+sound stereo speakers in front.
