HP also released a larger and faster Chromebook than its 11-inch version – the HP Chromebook 14 (q010nr, q020nr, and q030nr). It’s more expensive than its little brother, but it features a 14-inch display and is powered by a 4th generation Intel Haswell processor just like the Acer C720 Chromebook. Check out its features, specs, price, and where to buy below.
The HP Chromebook 14 is the bigger brother of the newly released HP Chromebook 11. Unlike its little brother, the Chromebook 14 is powered by the latest 4th gen Intel Celeron dual-core Haswell processor making it faster than the Chromebook 11 and offers more battery life thanks to the super-efficient processor. It has a bigger 14-inch display, unfortunately, it’s no longer an IPS display. So expect that the 11-inch version has a better display. There’s also an Intel HD Graphics for graphics processing.
Basically all other functions and features are already the same. They just differ in the processor, display, and the design. If the 11-inch version only comes in all White with Blue accent, the HP Chromebook 14 comes in three different colors, Ocean Turquoise, Snow White, and Peach Coral. Check out the rest from the specifications table below.

Price and Where to Buy
HP says that the HP Chromebook 14 starts from $299, but the Chromebook 14 in Newegg has a list price of $329. I’m not sure why the price is higher, perhaps the $299 has a lower set of specifications. This is $100 more expensive than the Acer C720 Chromebook. If you think the 14-inch display and colorful design would justify the price difference then go for this one. Otherwise Acer’s C720 Chromebook is the better option.
