Fujitsu LIFEBOOK UH90/L Ultrabook is World’s Thinnest with Intel Haswell CPU
Fujitsu recently announced the world’s thinnest Ultrabook and powered by the latest 4th generation Intel Haswell processors – the Fujitsu LIFEBOOK UH90/L. This incredible thin Ultrabook is Fujitsu’s latest addition to their FMV Series lineup. It features a stunning 14-inch IGZO LCD touchscreen display at 3200×1800 resolution, and a pixel density of 262ppi. Check out more details below.
The Fujitsu LIFEBOOK UH90/L was dubbed as the world’s thinnest Ultrabook to date because of its only 15.5mm thick. That’s pretty slim for a laptop. It has dimensions of 329.9 x 229.9 x 9.2~15.5mm and weighs 1.39 kg.
Not only that the UH90/L is the thinnest, but it can also withstand the weight of around 200 kg, thanks to its ultra-compressed solid core design that resembles a single strong plank.

It will be powered by a 4th generation Intel Core i5-4200U with HD 4400 built-in graphics processor. Aside from the Core i5 processor, it has 4GB of RAM and a 500GB Hybrid hard drive. For its connectivity options, it has 2 USB 3.0 ports, Bluetooth 4.0 +HS, Intel WiDi and WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n
In addition to its 14-inch IGZO display, it has a special touch panel surface processing called Super Glide Coating that enables users to smoothly navigate through Windows 8’s touch panel operations.
Fujitsu LIFEBOOK UH90/L Ultrabook Price and Release Date
The LIFEBOOK UH90/L’s price is still unknown as of to date but it is expected to be released starting June 28, 2013. And It comes in two colors, Red and Black. The Fujitsu LIFEBOOK UH90/L is 100% manufactured in Japan.
Aside from the UH90/L, Fujitsu will also be adding a 15.6-inch notebook, namely the Fujitsu AH45/K and AH24/K, which will be released by June 14 and June 20 respectively.
